Great service, has already been there several times and from breakfast, lunch to coffee cake more than enthusiastic! Cozy terrace location right on the lake. The work is very hygienic and all Corona rules are observed so that I always feel very comfortable here. Keep it up, I'll be back

Actually this shop doesn't deserve a star !!! We were greeted right at the beginning with the words, "the kitchen is now closed", when we said we only want something to drink we were allowed to the table ... She then arrived without a drinks menu and wanted to take the order right away, we wanted but the card and she went to get the card annoyed. The two wheat glasses were dirty and there were brown "pieces" in the iced coffee, when asked what that was, the waitress only said that it was coffee that was frozen and when I said that it was in the vanilla ice cream, she suddenly said it was a bit of chocolate ice cream ... There was no apology nor an offer to make a new one ... I couldn't drink it anymore and just wanted the bill ... Never again !!!

There was hardly anything going on and then for 4 drinks such a long wait is not possible. In addition, the wheat glasses were dirty were absolutely no recommendation. The corona rules were not followed, we were not given a note to leave our data, the table was only lightly wiped, not across the board.

Unfortunately, very disappointed and also angry. Ordered a table for breakfast by phone. And the breakfast buffet was recommended ... on the website and Facebook it is advertised. When we arrived there, we were assigned a table. Question coffee or tea. Coffee brought ... that's it for communication. At the other tables you could see..OK there is no buffet, not bad ... full understanding..is Corona. But what we got served for 13.90 € is almost cheeky. We were not asked what we would like ... there was no choice of breakfast options ... it was dull and without a word a tray and bread basket was placed on the table. The choice was so rough. You get that better at the bakery. And the ridiculous fruit salad (1 tablespoon full of which was floating in water) didn't make it any better. Then I asked if we could get some more slices of cheese because we didn't eat ham ... we got it ... but it was later collected. We would have had to pay extra for scrambled eggs. My criticism of the service was taken up with, yes, that's our standard breakfast ... I then apologized, because unfortunately I haven't been here yet and it is nowhere in the restaurant ... and there was also no menu. Is also on our homepage, statement of the waitress .. Statement checked ... NO there is a great selection! Rip off!!

We were served quickly and well, but we witnessed an inflexible waitress: Situation 1: a couple of older women ask for a table for 6 people. There was no such thing and you couldn't put two tables together. All the tables to the left of the entrance were free, that's about six tables. When there were only five of them, they were allowed to get a chair and sit together. Situation 2: two older women waited a little longer at the entrance to get a table. They had a favorite table in the sun with dishes on it. Then asked the waitress who was cleaning another table if they could take the table. She said no and said she wouldn't be able to clear the table for about half an hour. When we arrived there were about 8 to 10 tables occupied, when we went only five. Maybe the waitress was completely alone and therefore a little overwhelmed? It's a shame, because you should actually build on this beautiful location.

Yes what can you say ...., a shame .. there is a lot of potential, but long waiting times (even before corona) Service "desert" Germany gets a name here .. something should be changed in the organization (orders etc.) .. Nevertheless, you have to say: the location is beautiful and the food is delicious ..

Very nice .. Delicious food and attentive .. For example, ask whether you should bring water for the dog .. With or without ice in the drink ... Etc.

We spent a wonderfully relaxed lunch break here in hot weather! The drinks were well chilled and refreshing, the salad with gratinated goat cheese thaler was very appetizing and delicious! The portion was meant very well! ?? Thank you very much for the very friendly service, we'd love to come back when we visit Wilhelmshaven again!

Positive: great location. Great terrace. Clean toilet. Very good cappuccino! Cons: Left standing for a long time at the entrance regardless. 2 different waitresses came 3 times to take the order. After a long patient 40 minutes our order came ... 3 drinks!

I am back in Wilhelmshaven for the first time in over 2 years and have been a guest at the boathouse at Stadtpark with my daughter and her dog. We were very grateful that we had found a shady place at over 32 ° C and that we were served well-chilled drinks by the extremely attentive and friendly service. The dog was also immediately supplied with fresh water. The food was very tasty and well prepared. Thanks to the cook !! We would love to come back.

Only negative experiences. Now for the 2nd time ... The boss is choleric and has no control over himself. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cake and drinks are ok. We will not enter this shop again.

A very good breakfast, it was very extensive, nothing to be desired. The service is very friendly, the prices are okay. The view of the city park is very nice. The Botanical Gardens and the Rosarium are nearby. Free parking spaces are located nearby.

Visited the Rosario between lunch and coffee in the boathouse. A wonderful place for the senses. Wherever the eye can see, blooming roses in abundance, but also numerous other flowers in a very varied manner. No admission, but donations are welcome. Rightly so, because volunteers work on a voluntary basis in their free time. One can really recommend this garden.

We were there when the weather was nice and wanted to have a drink. I can understand that when it is full it takes a while but wait for 4 drinks for almost 30 minutes and then get 2x dirty glasses and waitresses who don't understand you? Not here anymore!

Very nice locality at reasonable prices. The food is pretty decent, and the local newly renovated. Nice bathrooms. In the summer re great to drink a beer on the terasse.

Top location, very nice view at the city park. Nice people in the area. Nice service. We felt very comfortable. Café is very nicely decorated. Have been there twice. We love to come again. The prices are also ok.

The Bootshaus turned into our favorite restaurant while in WHV. Great bfast, great lunch, great sundowners. Loved the outdoor seating, the proximity to the playground, the friendly service, and the Räucherfischteller. If anything, wait times could be shorter, but that’s a minor detail. We‘ll be back!
